Van Healthcare is located right in the heart of historical of Van, Texas. Our center is a sixty bed skilled nursing facility which provides twenty-four hour residential health services for persons who are no longer in an acute phase of illness but who continue to require frequent nursing observation, care and rehabilitative services.

Opened in 1978, Van Healthcare has worked over 40 years building and maintaining a first rate reputation as a vital part of the Van community.  We are proud to be owned by a Texas based company, whose mission is to serve seniors across Texas in regional communities such as Van.

Our purpose is to help chronically ill or disabled residents reach and maintain their greatest potential and to continue a quality living experience adapted to their individual health status and personal preferences. Our staff is dedicated to not only promote physical health, but also to enrich the lives of our residents by encouraging functional ability in all ways; physically, emotionally, mentally and socially.  Our interdisciplinary staff provides nursing, social, rehabilitative services as well as comprehensive discharge planning to insure optimal success for those residents returning home.
